Where We Deliver
We currently ship orders within the United States only.
Shipping Costs
- Standard shipping is free for purchases of $60 or more.
- A flat $7 fee applies to orders under $60.
Order Handling Time
- Processing time: 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. public holidays).
- Delivery time: typically 3–8 business days after shipment.
Notice: Orders placed before 5:00 PM Pacific Time (PT) on business days are processed the same day; later orders begin processing the next business day.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number and a direct tracking link.
Shipments are handled by UPS, FedEx, or DHL, and tracking can be done directly on the carrier’s website.
Address Details
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before checkout.
Address changes cannot be made once the order has shipped.
Taxes and Duties
All prices shown on our website are final. No additional taxes or duties will be added at checkout.
Delays Beyond Our Control
Severe weather, carrier disruptions, or other unexpected events may affect delivery times. If a significant delay occurs, we will notify you by email.
Lost or Missing Packages
If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please:
- Check your mailbox, doorstep, and surrounding areas.
- Confirm the shipping address used at checkout.
- Contact the carrier using your tracking number.
- If the package is still missing, notify us within 2 days of the recorded delivery date. We will help file a claim with the carrier.
- Orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses are not eligible for coverage. Carrier verification is required for all claims.
